New And Have A Question

Hi all, I work outside in arizona, and I drink about 2 gallons of water in the summer, is it possible to hydrate myself properly if I get the Lapband?

It might be difficult at first, but eventually you will be able to. Remember the pouch will still have the hole at the bottom and liquids will be able to pass through, but at a slower pace.

I drink a lot of water. But I cannot gulp it down like I used to. One swallow at a time, and NEVER with food.

As long as I am not eating I can gulp water. When I'm at the gym I drink about 1 1/2 liters of water in 1 hour.
