Peanut Butter

hello every one

I just had a fill yesterday, because i have not lose any weight he said not to eat salads any more beacause it

will slide through the band, my question is does Peanut Butter and fruit spread sandwich good for the band

or as low fat food in general i like cause its light and no heavy on my stomach but I did not

want to eat and then gain instead of losing, I only would like to eat it for lunchs only at work

its easier to me.

Seems like PB would be kinda risky because its thick and sticky.....Great ideas, especially LB4me - using a cucumber like a cracker..Yummy idea for hummus too with carrots. I love hummus.
