Help Please

My port has moved so high up almost to my rib cage. I'm concerned the doctor said I'm fine and need to go to my doctor on monday and see if I maybe need a port revision. How much does that normally cost. Also when people say they are switching to the sleeve are y'all having to pay 10,000 for a new surgery? That's almost 20,000 dollars in surgery. How can I switch and not have to pay all over again.
