Calories Too Low,losing Slowly???

how many calories is safe and will allow proper weight loss? i am working out 30 mins each day and eating about 750-950 calories a day and weight is coming off slowly too slow i think less than a lb a week, i know you want to lose slowly but i dont want to lose this slow, myfitnesspal.com says i should be getting in 2250 cals a day is this about right or do i up it to something like 1500 and see what i get from there any help would be appreciated and i have lost 78 lbs and im about 80 from goal!! but i know i can tweak my program to get a lil more out of me, thanks for your comments and suggestions.

    I was eating around 1100 calories a day when losing. I got to goal in 11 months going from 262 to 147. I now maintain between 1000-1300 per day. Been on maintenance since April. Good luck.
