Down Almost 80 Lbs In 6 Months!!!

Finally starting to get used to my band, I went through hell and back, just received a fill a couple weeks ago and I felt like they took fluid out but I'm wondering if my body is just getting used to band but it's me and my eating habits that I need to control but everything is good believe I'm in green Zone and losing around 3-4lbs a week!!!

I am two weeks post op and wondering how to be successful like you have been. How much do you exercise a week? Do you count calories- what is your eating strategy. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. My band has not been filled so I have no resistance and I am scared to gain weight!
