What are everyone's nutritional goals? I haven't really seen anything beside eating >30grams of protein every 3 hours and <6grams of cards. But daily whats you Calorie intake, protein intake and carb intake???

My daily intake is a goal of 1000 calories, more than 64 grams of protein and less than 60 grams of carbs. I have never heard of the requirement by hours.

I have never counted anything. I eat what I want, when I want. Rule of thumb is eat your protein first, veggie then fruits. bread last. I use toddler plates to prepare my meals. Biggest portion meat, 2nd slot veggies then tiny piece of bread. I have had many tests since surgery that show all my vitamin, protein, etc levels are in normal limits. That's just how i do it. Don't have a clue how many calories, fat grams, grams of protein etc. This is a life style change, not a diet...so my counting days are over :) I eat until I am satisfied and then stop. I also make common sense choices about what I am eating. (However I do not do sugar free, fat free etc. YUCK)

About all I watch is protein. If I'm losing 2-3 lbs a week, I'm good.

I just started using myfitnesspal.com and their suggestion of calories was 1370 a day (I put in my current weight, my goal weight and that I wanted to lose 2 lbs a week!) it's been working great so far!
