Trying to get back on track

It has been a while since I have visited. I have been really down in the dumps and depressed. I am about to have my third fill and I am scared. this next appointment I have to have the x-ray to make sure my band is in tact. I have yet to hit my green zone and nothing has worked to far. I have about 2 cc in my band. How do I get back on track. I have had a lot of junk food and been really discouraged about doing the right things. My heart wants me to get back on track and my body has been begging me. I feel the difference. I decided that this was a good starting point for me to find my way back. Please help me. unsure.gif:(
