Emblem GHI

Does anyone know if Emblem GHI covers fills?

Right now I have comprehealth - a division of HIP and i am having the surgery in december (hopefully) but in january i am switching to GHI and I was just wondering if they cover the fills...the do cover weight loss surgery

Page 4 # 2 Fills are expected every 6 weeks until needed and not under floro. I guess they don't want to pay. My doctor said he only charges $100.00 for fills. So that is not too bad. I know your doctor quoted me $250.00 a fill.

The office manager requested a copy of this too. So you may want to do the same. BTW GHI has changed some since becoming part of Emblem....so far i do not like the changes. I just found out my individual deductible is $100 more so $300 for the year! Anyways good luck.

i actually dont have Emblem GHI, i was thinking of switching and then having the surgery. but i have Emblem Comprehealth which is a division of HIP - i thought they covered Fills...hmmm
