Hi guys-

I'm getting ready for my pre-surgery diet. I'm on the hunt for an unflavored Protein powder that can sustain being in hot Soup. I've been reading labels and can't find anything...any suggestions?

Thanks!

I don't have any ideas on the unflavored Protein Powder but I would caution anyone from spending too much money on getting "alot" of protein anything. I wanted to be prepared and went out and got 4 different kinds of protein. Spent about $50 and after my surgery I couldn't eat any of it. My taste buds totally changed and I couldn't even stand the smell of it. The smell alone made me gag!! Good luck on your search

Use any unflavored protein isolate, (You can buy it in bulk,

much cheaper).

Mix it in a little cool water first, then add hot water. It will mix as well as it's

going to.

I asked the same question after mine turned into little lumps of

styrofoam.
