Can someone tell me the nutritional values in it? My cousin claims it doesn't have many carbs, but I would think it does???

I put a little of the free on my jello...the doc said it's okay (as long as it's the FREE) and it makes the jello more of a treat than the only damn thing I can eat. Oh yeah...they said it may give me diarrea (sp?) but I haven't pooped in a week so I'm not really worried about it. :eek: Now that you all know a little about me...lol!

I like the chocolate Cool Whip...really fixes that craving for something chocolate and creamy...but I have to be careful cuz I could eat the whole tub!

Ok - does anyone remember an OLD movie called "The Stuff," which was basically toxic waste Cool Whip, that people first became addicted to, and then became possessed by? "Are you eating it ...or is it eating you?"

One of my fav. treats on Atkins was "clouds" - little batches of whipped cream & cream cheese goodness.

i used the free only. i even converted the whole family and dh. i make a great dessert with frozen strawberries (no sugar) and sf strawberry Jello and angel food cake.....you mix the hot Water and jello to melt then add the frozen berries and stir until melted

then break up about half a angel food cake and mix in to jello mix. put in fridge and wait. top with cool whip free

the chocolate is just yummy
