Suggestions

Hi all. I am currently in the 6 month nutrition part of this deal. My nutritionist told me that I need to add more physical activity to my daily routine. Problem is that I have a bad back. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on a exercise routine that was easy on the back. Thanks in advance.

Swimming! So great on the joints, bad backs & knees, etc.... that is, if you have a gym near by with a pool.

If you don't have access to a pool, you might try a physical therapy office and see if they

will recommend some exercises you could do considering your limitations.

I hope this helps.

I second swimming. Water proof MP3 player is must (check them out on Amazon). I started swimming because it was the one exercise I could do with a bad knee. And if I could put on a fat lady swim suit at 364 pounds ANYONE can do it! 135 lost to date!
