Calories HELP

My Dr. says to eat 800 calories. I got a fill last week and I am VERY tight in the morning and I can't eat all that much at a time. I was thinking yes finally here I go. I have not lost any weight.... What is going on. I am 5'7" and I am trying to workout 3-6 days a week. Do I need to up my calories to make it come off or what? Any thoughts would be great

Jessica

Are you reaching the 800 calories? Your body might be in starvation mode or it might simply be a plateau that you just have to work through. If you only got your fill last week, it will take time for the weight loss benefits to show.
