never know when I can keep something down

It's been almost 2 weeks since my first fill. (after many months of being wide open) tried to eat 1 egg and veggie saugsage pattie and all came up. I don't get it. I was able to eat a grilled chicken breast a couple days ago. I am so tired of just drinking my meals. why have I been able to eat at times these past 2 weeks then other times, complete disaster?

Has anyone had this experience? Thanks

My opinion is to press on with it tight! It will loosen up as you lose weight...

I'm so grateful to see others going through the same thing. I am not sure what the "sweet spot" is all about. Either I am too loose and I can eat too much or I am too tight. Right now I am tight--but it is manageble. So.....maybe that is the sweet spot? All I can tell you is it is unpredicatable from meal to meal whether or not I can tolerate what I eat. Losing weight so tolerating it for now.

We are really on the same page! And you are right about the soup...otherwise when I eat out with friends I get distracted and eat too fast...and you know the rest!

Yes, seems like tiny meals, protein shakes and such are what works. I started making my own fruit smoothies so I could get more fiber, but I think they might be too caloric. I'm now making them smaller, so will see if I can keep having them. Main thing is to keep losing. One thing I sure notice is how quickly I feel full. And, how much of my appetite is gone. Don't know why, but I'm glad. Love my band! :)
