14cc Band question

So I was told I have a 14cc band. I just got a fill of 3cc and was wondering what other people have gotten to before they hit that all so great 'sweet spot'. I can tell that for myself, I'm going to have to go back for another fill because I am eating only a little at a time, but getting hungry again a few short hours later dry.gif

I have 5.5 in a 14cc band and am restriction but please remember that it is different for all of us. Some people do well without a fill and others need many more fills. Good luck.

Everybody is different, but you should probably start getting good restriction when you start getting close to 40% capacity. I have a 10cc band with 5.8 in it but I've been banded for over 3 years and am close to goal. As the fat melts, the band gets looser. In the beginning, I first felt restriction at about 3.5-4cc.
