Gaining weight once off liquid diet

I recently came off my liquid diet. I lost weight. Now I am eating regular foods ( most) and have gained back some of what I lost on the liquid diet!! I am not eating alot and stop before I'm actually full. I will not get my first fill until approx 3 more weeks! I don't understand why I'm gaining when I'm eating only small amounts. HELP!! What can I do till I get my first fill??? Is this what "bandster hell" is??!! Totally sucks! I have a very demanding job and can not stay on liquid diet a day longer cause I feel way too weak and tired. Any suggestions??

That is perfectly normal. We all gain when we move from liquids to solid food. Just be patient and let your body adjust to the changes. The weight loss will pick back up before you know it!

Buy a good digital scale and start weighing at least all your protein. When that serving is gone you're done eating. Took me 7 months to get restriction. Also now that you are on solids; what are you chosing? I try to follow the 90/10 rule. Carefully watch what I eat 90% of the time and relax 10%. Also if I would be embarrased for my doctor to see me buying/eating something it does'nt get bought!

This pretty much happens to everyone. Don't worry about it. Right now your body is recovering and this is perfectly normal.

My advise is just start moving when you feel comfortable. Get into a exercise routine as soon as you can and make sure you get your Protein in and the lbs will start to drop...

you didn't gain the weight overnight, and you won't lose it overnight either ;)
