protein shakes

Hi everyone, i have a question i wanted to get a headstart on losing weight so i decided to start the protein shakes.i went with isopure fruit punch flavor because ive had choc and vanilla and they are way to sweet for me,ok so here it goes on the container it says 2 scoops per day,but the man in the store said since im doing as an actual diet make it 1 scoop 3-4 times per day,plz help so i can do this right.I also bought broth and sugar free jello,look forward to all responses

I do 1 scoop 3 times per day..more scoops won't hurt you but watch what you add to it.. I used keifer pourable yogurt and fagee Greek yogurt . Lost of good protein..good luck!
