Candy?

I am sooo tired of getting these candy / sweet cravings all the time. I don't even think they're serious cravings, I just tend to convince myself that I want it. When I think about it enough I want to eat it. I am 4 months post-op and am basically sabotaging myself with the sweets and chips and all that stuff. What can I do to STOP this behavior??? Any advice?

I've been a serious chocoholic my entire life. When I started my journey I adopted a "chocolate rule". I keep Hershey Kisses or something similar in the freezer. If the cravings reach uncontrollable levels the rule is: I can have one (only one) and I'm not allowed to chew it. By sucking it from frozen until its gone it stays on the palate a long time...long enough to cure the craving and it only has 25 calories (20 if its dark chocolate!)
