long termers need advice

HI- i have not posted here for a long long time.. i was banded in oct of 2009- i have lost 108lbs.. i desperatly want to lose another 30 because even though for a while i was happy with the way i looked i am starting to see the same fat girl i used to see.

I have 7cc in my band, my last fill they tried to add 1cc and bring me to 7.5 but my water would not go down so they backed it off by .5cc

I have lost 3 lbs in 4 weeks since that fill.. my morning and afternoons i do well, protien shake for breakfast and then a protien for lunch, tuna salad or chicken salad or my latest crazy 4 slices of boars head chicken with a half a slice of havarti with dill in each one, that usally fills me right up and im good.. If i need a snack while at work i a zone protien bar.

my issue is when i get home from work 4ish and into the evening, that is when i eat the carbs... thats when i am at my hungriest.. i dont know if i need to just force the pure protien or if i need a fill.. does anyone have some advice??

I was going to the gym 3-4 days a week forever, but have not been in the last month or so...

guess the question is to fill or not to fill.....

thanks.

I you really hungry at 4:00 and all evening or is it head hunger? I guess, either way, a little tweak is probably a good idea.

Hi, I have not had the surgery yet so I do not know what to tell you regarding the fill except that talking to your surgeon is probably your best bet. I am glad to see someone else who struggles at 4pm. I guess I am going to go ahead and make dinner and eat early whether or not my husband is home. But I get ravenous and I am concerned about the three meal a day rule. I drink a lot of water and am trying to learn to sip. Also am wondering if taking a walk would help. Congratulations on your weight loss!
