This whole lose 30 pounds gain an inch of thing is pretty spot on for me......I mean nothing like gainning a little extra......

I did not lose any girth.

Umm......nope...still 7 inch around.......its now about three inches longer than when I started......life is good.....lol....

I have to appreciate someone who just NEEDED to tell someone about the unexpected benefits of his weight loss. :woot:

I never had any stamina issues....

@chubby- your starting weight was 400lbs I find that hard to believe you didn't have stamina issues.
