18 lbs in 7 days.....

SO I am down 18 lbs in 7 days, tanking up on Water and smoothies with the occasional foray into cottage cheese/mushed avocado/hummus.

Am i doing it wrong? I can only eat about 1/2 to 1 cup of food at a time, the more liquidy it is the closer I can make it to a full cup.

No your not just make sure your getting enough Protein if you can ! Some people are really tight after surgery and through out your journey you will do that where you might loose steadily and then you might hit a plateau and then or loose all of sudden everybody's different but I know that's how I've done through out my journey!!

It's normal post-surgery. Congrats! :)

Like Rachel said, very normal. You're losing a lot of water weight. Congrats on being banded!
