HMR Chicken Soup

I have a couple of boxes of HMR Chickren soup. It's a dry packet you mix with hot water. It looks like broth with some little herbs floating around in it. It's not too bad tasting. I'm wondering if I can use this when I'm supposed to be having broth or if I need to wait until mushies come my way.

Bobrocky,

If the broth is clear and you can see through it, it should be fine for your Clear liquids stage. I have the chicken soup flavor of unjury and it's clear and somewhat tasty (think Cup 'OSoup flavor).

For the clear liquids stage though you may want to strain the herbs just in case, but should be ok for full liquids and mushy stage.

good luck!!

That's about what I was thinking. It's mostly like bouillon powder with some very small parsley flakes floating around in it. More for looks than taste I think.
