3 months

wow this 3 months have gone by fast. Sometimes it does not seem real, I am down 71 pounds and am half way to goal. I have had no trouble with my band, no pbs and or sliming. So far the only thing about the band I do not like is how tight it gets during my tom and during changes in the weather. Otherwise it is great, and I feel wonderful most the time. I have never felt tired or out of energy and feel guilty when I do not exercise everyday! how life changes! Would love to hear how everyone else is doing at this point. Have a wonderful day

Other than getting ill, causing me Lapband grief, I've very much enjoyed losing weight, and was at a good spot (I'm at a near complete unfill at the moment). I hope I can continue to lose while on restriction hiatus, and that I can get back to that good spot again within a reasonable time.
