Tightness after surgery

Hi!

I was banded a month ago today. It has been a journey. Everyday has been different and I am looking forward to it becoming like second nature.

Anyway...this morning I woke up out of a deep sleep with extreme tightness. I had not felt like that in about 2 weeks.

I have been on solids for a week.

I had a small piece of chicken get caught at dinner at around 6 p.m. ( had 1 once of it prior t stuck episode) and did not eat anymore until 9. I had a scrambled egg at 9 pm and then went to sleep at midnight.

I walked for 1 hour and then had peppermint tea and it relieved me a wee bit.

Any suggestions to what happened? I had 4 ccs put in on my surgery day and I have my surgeon post-op on next tuesday.

Thanks!
