I am having a problem losing weight.It will be 2 years on April 28th sense i have been banded.I love my band but I am kind of frustrated.They say you should loose anywhere between a pound to two a week. I am up to 2cc.So should I get A feel or what?HELP PLEASE......

Joyce, you've already lost a lot of weight and are now much smaller than you were. Have you cut your calories accordingly? Eating less than we need to maintain at 250 lbs will make us lose weight, but at some point we'll need to cut even more if we want the loss to continue. It just takes fewer calories to maintain a smaller body.

Are you exercising? Drinking enough Water? What are you doing to eliminate unnecessary calories from your day? Give more details and I'm sure you'll get lots of responses to help. But if you're stalled out in your weight los with only 30 lbs to go, the answer probably is just cutting your calories further or exercising more. There is no magic bullet.
