I am having a problem losing weight.It will be 2 years on April 28th sense i have been banded.I love my band but I am kind of frustrated.They say you should loose anywhere between a pound to two a week. Hello Kathy! I am glad I am not the only one.We'll I have a appointment tomorrow with my DR. So I am not sure if I will get a fill or not.I need to start excercising again.I think that will help.What do you think? I will try the calorie thing. Do you have problems eating in the morning or does anyone have problems with it? thanks Joyce
