Hello Everyone

Just wanted to take a minute to introduce myself. I have been banded for almost a year (June 17, 2010 by Dr Eric Baird at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center) and I live in Salt Lake City. I have lost about 54 pounds, but have hit a major plateau, so I decided to check out this discussion board for some advice and support. I am not a huge forum poster, but I read a lot of comments.
