Hello I am Abby, 31, mother of 4 and 302lbs as of this morning. I am setting a personal goal of 170 which is a lost of 132 lbs. I have taken the first step, got the referal from my doctor, contacted the weightloss center, talked to my advocate, and I am getting all my requirements filled. Just waiting on a Physch eval and i was told that my surgery could be 30-90 days away. I am excited and neverous all at the same time.
I am choosing the band over the other surgeries, because it seems less dramatic and still puts the responsiblity on me. I actually do not have a problem losing weight, but keeping motivated and not getting discouraged is my problem. I need more help than I can give myself alone.
