First Fill Problems

I had my first fill last week ... for the first few days I didn't have any problems but today I can't keep anything down. I have been trying really hard not to drink anything a 1/2 hour before or after I eat but have slipped up and that seems to be the times I ended throwing everything back up. Could this be the problem?

Drink some hot tea -- there's something about the tannins in the tea that will help relax it for you. I've been there -- after srinking the tea, wait a about 15 -30 minutes and see what happens. Also, try and avoid bread for a couple of days too.
