Hey fellow banders! Well its been almost 6 months and i've gone down 60 #, off all medications. I'm happy but not completely content just yet. Goal is a solid 185 lean muscle. I'll get there. But in the mean time I have become so active and loving life. But I am wondering if anyone knows the answer to these questions?
1.) Are we allowed to get into Mixed Martial Arts?
2.) Can we Scuba Dive?
3.) How about sky diving?
4.) Is the band always going to be so visible through the skin?
5.) What are the rules regarding getting hit in the area of the band when playing contact sports?
Everyones help is appreciated!
