I have suffered from nausea a lot since getting my gall bladder removed. I wear a Scopomine patch behind my ear all the time. It lasts 3 days before you have to change it. I have no idea why you are experiencing nausea, but this might be a solution.

uhm, hmmm. pre banding if I ate too much fat, like a burger from Wendy's I would feel terrible because of the fat content. (no gall bladder.)

Try ginger tea or ginger altoids. Ginger is known good for nausea.

Aligirl, you're still healing from surgery so my suspicion is that the nausea is just related to the newness of everything. Once you're healed up and on solid food it will probably stop.
