Could it be slime and if so how to get rid of

i had my first fill on monday and ever since then i have a ball of mucus in my throat. i actually was able to cough if up last night but it came right back. is the fill causing this? maybe pushing it up in my throat? Dr office said to call back friday and see about coming in for an adjustment. So frustrating. Any ideas how to control the slime or not have it come up?

Go in for a slight unfill. That should do it fine. Make sure that you are following your surgeon's guide lines about eating after a fill. Good luck. Karen
