5 days post up Still doing great!

I'm note sure if I posted my weights correctly. On may 3rd 2011 I was 182lbs when I was banded. Today May 8th I am 175lbs!!! So now I have lost 7lbs since surgery!! Hopefully by thursday I can start solid food (which my surgeon recommends) 8-9 wants you to be fluids only..then try solid foods. My Doctor enrcourgaes to EAT Alot Protein thats what will keep you feeling full..

I also got the Okay once I start my solids are can start my Chinese B Pollen (Vitamin also helps with weight loss)

So I am positive outcome so far!!!

We can do this ladies!!!!
