Sorry, I paid out of pocket but I went to Monterrey, Mexico to have it done because the total cost there was less than here. Not to mention, my doctor was one of the first surgeons to do it and even has one himself. They were doing lap band there way before they did in the US. My doctor's name is Dr. Rumbaut, you can google him and find out some info if you want. Let me know how it goes!
