Insurance Denial ?

What reasons were you denied whether it was the first time second time etc? What did you have to do to get the insurance to reverse their decision?

    Mine was a simple denial. They needed 6 month of diet history which I was told I did not need but that's a different story. So 6 months later I handed in my sheet and was approved within a week.
