Wanting to really lose the weight!!

My name is Gineen and I recently found out that the Illinois Medical card is accepted for the lap band and gastric

bypass surgery. Does anyone have a list of doctors in the Chicago area that takes the medical card for this procedure? I have done everything in my power to lose weight and it time for me to do this, not only for my health but for my children.
