Did anyone see the show today with Khaliah Ali (Mohammad Ali, daughter). She had lap-band surgery and lost 100 lbs. Her doctor was D. George Fielding in New York.. Has any one here used this Dr. also or his colleague Dr.Christine Ren. Dr. Fielding is from Australia and he had the surgery himself 7 years ago.. he also developed the newly used technique for placing the band. Just thought I would share what I saw and learned.

Yes I saw the show. I posted about it on the general board and only got one reply. I thought it was the most positive thing on the band, yes! I am glad any time someone famous speaks out. It was a great segment. Trish

I saw it! They only spent 5 min. on it & I was so disappointed! I wanted to hear more. I am so glad that the band is getting a positive rap. Yeah for Montel!!!

I am sure if talk show hosts got more mail about wanting to see the positive stories, they would show them. We just have to be more vocal.

I checked out his website and couldn't find anything on it. Maybe I'm in a different "zone", LOL.
