Ugh!

Had a horrible weekend and no one's fault but my own. 60th Birthday party for a friend on Saturday nite and Baby shower for my daughter in law today. Bad food choices, and too much of it and I feel like a slug. I can't do this to myself. I know the band is not an instant fix and I still have old habits to break. Here's to tomorrow and getting back on track and taking. I can do this!

Tomorrow is a new day. Pick yourself back up and move on :) One bad day isn't going to kill your journey. Good luck!

My advice to you from my own experience one bad weekend not that bad, but stop it now before it goes on too many days because then it becomes so much harder to stop it. Like the post before mine tomorrow is a new day start over. Good luck!
