Stuck with no fill

Just had my first stuck episode... NOT a fan

I have no fills but this piece of steamed broccoli just would not go down.

Have to remember to Chew Chew Chew...

    Broccoli is very fibrous and can cause issues without a fill; trust me I know from experience ;) (no fill) Chew chew chew is a must.
