Hi all I'm new to this site and new to this Lap world I am starting on my journey I am going into my 2 month of 6 for my lap band pre surgery I was scared but very excited I cant wait for the new me I am 29 be 30 this may and I cant wait does anyone have any tips for me who been there done this part what do I have waiting for me ??? Let me know all
