Favorite Protein Supplement?

My nutritionist recommended Medifast during the full liquid phase. The ready to drink ones aren't too terrible but the powdered ones are pretty gritty and disgusting! Is there a better one out there for long term use?

Muscle Milk, Syntha 6, Myoplex, and Labrada RTD are good. If you have a Vitamin Shoppe/Vitamin World near you you can often buy singles of ready-made protein shakes to try before you waste money on a big amount.

I like the Jillian Michael's Kind @ wal-mart (Chocolate) 4 pack is around 6 dollars. They have 16 grams of protein around 170 calories. I've tried several, these are my favortie.
