OOPS... I ate

well i have my SURGERY 4.1.11 and i had like five french fries... and a sip of coke,.... did i ruin my chances on getting banded... i was sooo stressed and out and about i didnt realize what i did until ... it was toooo late.......

HELP ME,,,,

It doesn't sound like you did too much damage, but just to be on the safe side call your surgeon's office just to check. Don't beat yourself up, you're only human!
