Wow I didnt realize how hungry Id be ...I feel like Iam sitting comimg down off of an addiction? When in fact Iam a food addiction..Had some surgery day issues and the doctor forgot to fill a quanity for my script so that was a nightmare also had alot of pain in my shoulders still do ....But all in all I can say since jan 31 Im down 29lbs wow I m so proud of myself...I got on the scale friday march 18 and was 243 today I hopped on 233 down 10lbs from surgery

First off congrats on your weight loss!! It's an amazing feeling.

I am 9 days post op and I've been hungry quite a few times. Honestly I think it's mental hunger though, we are fighting an addiction and it's not going to be easy but we can do it!!!
