Return to Basics

I had lap band in 2007 and did not following the recommendations or support group after being told that "I am sorry but your metabolism" is so slow it will be difficult to loose weight. I got frustrated and said to myself why try. I weighed 166 and am 4"9" and should weight between 105 to 110 because I am 61 now. I have an appointment today with Dr. Billy's office (he did the surgery and is a very nice person) to give it another chance. I do not know if I need a fill or not but most of all can it work for me after drinking club sodas and many times with the head over the toilet? Are there any success stories that have had similar experiences and can be shared with me?
