Band date set March 9th

Hi, I have been going back and forth for over a year trying to decide if I wanted to do this. I basically at 35yo have metabolic syndrome(high chol, trig, b/p etc....) I dont know if its weight related, but my heart rhythm changed about 6mo. ago and this has been the deciding factor. I am really excited and cant wait to start my new journey. I will begin drinking the protein shakes in the morning, and my band is scheduled for March 9, 2011!!!

    Your having your band the day before me!!! Good Luck, is your pre op diet just drinking shakes, and Water?? Thats what I am suppose to start in the morning!

    I can have shakes, Water, tea, coffee, sugar free Jello, yogurt and cottage cheese (in moderation). It's an adjustment but one I believe to be well worth it!
