I have been experimenting with Protein Shakes and have made a really nice one if anyone wants to try. The recipe follows:
I blended it all in the blender and it was good. I did have a slight taste of protein, but my 3 year old son loved it. I gave him a taste in his own cup. Very Tasty and I think I can survive with this. Now I have to see how much protein seeign as how I gave my son some.
24 g for protein
8 g for milk
2.5 g for yogurt (I only used about 1/2)
34.5g total ( not bad for about 2 drinks )
I will drink the rest later today. Now lets see how long it takes for me to be hungry again. Hoping I can go 2.5 to 3 hours.
