6 weeks post op - Does this get better?

I was banded Jan. 7, 2011. I'm 6 weeks post op today and I had my first gain. I made some bad food choices and also didn't exercise like I should have. Its hard...it's like being on a regular diet because I feel no restriction at all. Did anyone else feel this way? How did you get through it?

I WAS BANDED ON 1/7/2011 AS WELL AND I HAVENT LOST ANY WEIGHT SINCE PRE-OP. YOU ARE REALLY DOING WELL WITH THE WEIGHT LOSS. I HAVE NOT GAINED ANY WEIGHT SINCE THEN SO I AM NOT SURE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS. I HAD MY FIRST FILL AT 4 WEEKS POST OP AND IT WENT REALLY WELL. SO KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK....YOU ARE DOING GREAT!

That's cool that you got a fill so fast. I had to weight 7 weeks. I hope I can get a fill every month. because I'm getting discouraged because Im barely losing weight.
