Has anyone gone for their Psychological Evaluation and been told that they are psychological stable to receive the surgery, but that it's crucial to follow up to help with emotional eating? If so, were you approved?

Yes I had the psyche eval. It was pretty much un-eventful and mostly just an insurance requirement.

My doctor only wanted to know that his patients didn't have any serious psyche problems that might cause them to be suicidal following surgery.

Mine just wanted to make sure I was getting the surgery for the right reasons. I was nervous for no reason.
