Hi everyone I live in the UK and had a lap band 20th Dec . I had my first band fill today which was a bit of a trauma as the band port is lying vertical instead of horizontal. I have lost 22lbs so far with much more to go .Good luck to anyone contemplating this surgery. The only advice I would offer is to be as well informed as possible and take care of yourself x
