This morning at approx 3:45 am. i was woke up with a sharp pains through the middle of my back to the front and a cold sweat. first thing i thought of was slipping, then gas, then stuck. Everyone on here says you really cant explain the feeling and i now understand what they are talking about. i reviewed everything i had eaten. i ate late last night so about 8:30 i got to eat. I made the most moist turkey burgers with an apricot glaze. moist and fork tender. i took my small bites i waited almost an hour before i had a drink of anything. but about 6 hours later i was begging God to relieve me of this pain. i tried child birth breathing techniques, pacing, tums and prayer and nothing subsided this pain. i got online and searched on here for stuck episodes and i truly believe that is what happened. i think i did not chew a couple bites properly and i found out what stuck really was. i walked, sipped Water everything i could do help this pass. all i could think about was thinking how my horses have felt when they collic. they just roll on the ground and grunt in pain. At about 5:30 my alarm went off and everything had passed and i fell straight back to sleep and over slept for work. But as they say once you go through that you never forget it and i personally dont ever wish to go back.
I dont exactly know why i wanted to share this. i normally encourage others accomplishments and cheer everyone on. but i have realized there is not anyone around me that know what i am talking about nor really cares. so if felt i needed to talk to someone or share this. cause i really dont feel good and i am going back to really mushy food for today. i realized last night i must have pushed the envelope a bit much. but i was hungry and it was so moist but i realized the purpose of the chew, chew, chew process loud and clear. I just hope this experience will help emphasize the importance of the ever pounding idea of chew chew chew.
