I am going to be banded February 21st. I am really excited and a little nervous at the same time. I have been on a high protein and low carb diet to get ready for the surgery.

I have lost about 9 lbs this past week and I am so ready to get rid of this excess weight.

I look forward to talking with you and sharing your weight loss journey as well. Delma
