Getting close to my surgery, just a few more steps, but I want to attend more support group meetings or at least be a phone call away from someone who knows what I'm feeling.

    I am going to be banded February 21st. I am really excited and a little nervous at the same time. I have been on a high protein and low carb diet to get ready for the surgery.

    I have lost about 9 lbs this past week and I am so ready to get rid of this excess weight.
